I like the way they fit in the ears and easy to use and easy to remove , and they're not going to interfere with my glasses . The quality of the people's voices are heard very well and that count to me because when before using your earings aids .
The new hearding aids are getting better every day. It's hard to believe they are working better than my old ones and cost less than one quarter the price. The charging system is very impressive but I have to improve how I install them in my ears. When I get them in correctly, I have to turn down the TV sound. Before I got the new hearing aids my right ear only produced very weak sound but I think it may be improving with the new hearing units. I wish I had known about them sooner.
They work fine once you figure out the right size for your ear. They ring in your ears when you’re trying to put them in, but once you let go it stops ringing, still trying to get the settings right, but overall it’s a great improvement
I have some questions.
My right ear canal feels like it might be too small for my hearing aid. The left one can be inserted without much difficulty. Do you have a smaller right aid? Both aids are using the second smallest ear tips?
When I am eating the aids seem to loosen and feel less secure?
Do I need to adjust each aid separately for mode and volume?
Everything came on time. I set it up but even the lowest setting was far too loud. Maybe my hearing wasn’t bad enough for an aid or am I doing something wrong. Any suggestions would help. Thanks D

I don’t know, they just are not comfortable in ear, I’ve tried different sizes but none seem to work right.
I was actually thinking about getting in touch with company
But when my ear bothers me plus down my neck, I don’t know what to do
I’m sure are in right as , I’ve studied the directions, right angles etc

I am still struggling to understand the nuance of the placement of the unit into my ear, and getting it right every time, while having to listen to that screech, even with the volume down! (I did have to try different end pieces).
However, once it is in and "programmed", I am usually able to wear it for 8+ hours.
It has improved my enjoyment of watching TV and when talking to others.
I have very negative comments to make about initial point of contact ..:which ends up being an AI …and I am literally begging to return this product and I’m still being given the ‘royal runaround. ‘ and I’m now expected to wait yet more days before I can return the product. I’m thoroughly disgusted. And if I do not get satisfaction soon, I will escalate.
Unfortunately My hearing loss is too profound for them to work for me so I asked for a refund. But extremely disappointed that the refund is discounted and only optional and in good faith. I missed that in the fine print of the offer or I never would have ordered them in the first place.
My husband is 70 and the lack of hands on in person service. Doesn’t work for him. Instructions online are confusing
We are still trying and following instructions but aren’t impressed. Don’t think this is the right solution. Sound quality is an issue no matter what mode or done used

I am a hyper skeptical person...I tested a pair, from a local outfit...They did help and I was given the sales pitch.....I was debating the $5,000+ dollars for something that would last possibly 5 years...I was quite apprehensive, and decided to sleep on it...My wife spent the night googling hearing aids and found you guys...I/we were a bit skeptical so we decided to try Costco....I was put on a ONE YEAR waiting list!! We then decided to try your hearing aids...Ordered them and received them in less than a week....Once charged, I tried them, and I can honestly that they performed equally, I would even say possibly better, than the $5,000 aids....I am a musician and play in loud rooms sometimes...I tried them in a loud room, switched modes and was beyond please with the background noise disappearing...It was WAY better than the $5,000 pair that I was trying....I do not need Bluetooth or fancy apps...I just need to hear better, and now I can.! It is a huge relief knowing that this was not a "scam", and the care and attention to every question was fantastic!! I would, and will, recommend you aids to anyone...
